Senior Fullstack Engineer (Generative AI Product team)

Duties and Responsibilities / 業務内容

You will be responsible for leading the development of our AI generation products as a tech lead.

As this is a startup in its launch phase, you will handle a broad range of areas including backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure.

You may also have the opportunity to lead the launch of new products, in addition to managing existing ones.

To facilitate smooth product development, you are required to come to the Tokyo office once a week.

Communication within the team is primarily in English, while communication with other departments utilizes both English and Japanese.

At our headquarters, we hold weekly engineer study sessions where you can catch up on the latest technologies and insights.

As a tech lead, you will have the experience of leading a team, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in launching new products.

Our team has a high ratio of international members, allowing you to work in a global perspective and environment.

Not only will you be involved in polishing existing products, but there is also planning for the launch of new products, enabling you to experience both the 1→10 and 0→1 phases.

Mandatory Requirements / 必須要件

開発チームをリードした経験、もしくは近い役割の経験

Webアプリケーションまたはモバイルアプリケーションの開発の経験3年以上

ネットワークやデータベース等の基礎知識

アルゴリズム・データ構造の基礎知識

現在、日本在住で、かつ東京オフィスへ出社可能な場所に住んでいること

日本企業での就業経験があること

事業会社での開発経験があること

英語スキル（ビジネスレベル）

日本語スキル（N2レベル）以上

Experience in leading a development team, or a similar role.

More than 3 years of experience in developing web or mobile applications

Basic knowledge of networks and databases

Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures

Currently residing in Japan and living within a commutable distance to the Tokyo office

Work experience at a Japanese company

Development experience in a business company

English skills at a business level

Japanese skills at N2 level or higher
